Information Gathering

1) Your Profile and CV Information:

Any details that you supply as part of our registration process are stored by us and will be accessible by Gojobsgroup.co.uk employees. On registering your details and CV, all information submitted will be made available to clients of Gojobsgroup.co.uk for searching, viewing and downloading. Clients that have searched the database for information matching that supplied by any site visitor can be sent that information via email directly so that they can contact selected visitors.
Clients include direct recruiters, employment consultants and other employment organisations.

IMPORTANT:  Please note that your current employer may be a client of ours, or a client of one of our consultancy clients and will therefore be able to view any candidate details searched for in our database. Gojobsgroup.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any eventuality that may arise as a result of this.

In registering your details, you are consenting to Gojobsgroup.co.uk potentially using the data stored to identify visitor trends, such as experience/skill levels, salary averages and other demographic information. This data will never be linked to any personally identifiable information about you however.

If you choose to submit your details and upload your CV, it is your responsibility to ensure that these are kept up to date. We recommend updating your information every six months, or whenever your contact details change. We will contact registered users every six months with an update reminder and to ask whether you wish to remain registered.

Please note that Gojobsgroup.co.uk reserves the right to remove any details from our database that include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive.

2) Jobs by Email Information:

All information provided on the 'Jobs by Email' section of this site is confidential and can only be viewed by Gojobsgroup.co.uk employees. Your email address will only be used for sending requested vacancies to or sending other information from our clients if you have indicated that you would like to receive extra marketing information at the time of registration.  We also reserve the right to collate and give statistical information to third parties with regard to numbers of subscribers in particular locations etc.  This data will never be linked to any personally identifiable information about you however.

3) Cookies:

A cookie is a small piece of code that a website gives to you, via your web browser. Cookies are usually used to give sites information about their users. In this way, sites can appear to 'remember' information about visitors, such as passwords, preferences and viewing habits.

Gojobsgroup.co.uk provides various statistical information about site visitors and users to recruiters (such as the number of CVs in our database, the number of subscribers in our Jobs By Email database and also numerical information on the number of visitors that Gojobsgroup.co.uk has had in any given period).  This information is provided to advertisers, suppliers, clients and other reputable third parties and does not include anything that will personally identify users.

5) Links:

Gojobsgroup.co.uk contains links to other websites. We constantly check to make sure that these links are live and that they don't contain adult material however we can not guarantee the content of such links. We can not take responsibility for external websites and advise all users to read the privacy policy of all individual sites visited after leaving Gojobsgroup.co.uk. Our statement only refers to information that is contained on www.Gojobsgroup.co.uk.

6) Questionnaires and Competitions:

We may run competitions and surveys via the website at any given time. Participation in such events is totally voluntary and information will not be passed onto a third party unless agreed by the user.
